October 21 – After watching this system for a few days, it is finally upon us. Rain has been marching each, but instead of a thin line of intense downpours, the latest short range modeling suggests that the front will slow down and the rain might linger longer into this evening. Another push of energy behind the front will arrive Saturday morning with more showers in the colder air. That could bring some flakes to the mountains…
