March 27 – We have a chilly easterly wind today that will hold our temperatures again in the mid 50s. That is actually near average of the date, but feels chilly after a few days in the 70s this past week. There is rain trying to move in from the south, but it should hold off until this evening and tonight. However the wind off the water will make it feel damp all day long. The big change will arrive after another mid week warm up, as the jet steam will flip and surge in colder air next weekend. There has been chatter about the Polar Vortex making a visit to the US, but I see it remaining in eastern Canada. But it will feel colder and there could be some flurries just prior to Orioles opening day.
Here is a quick look at the maps. I hope you enjoy your Sunday celebrating the holiday or not.
Rain Timeline
We will be between two areas of Low Pressure, so the focus of heavier rain will be spread separated. We will get showers in the zone between.
