In the past few days, I have received more photos to follow up on sunflowers in Maryland. There is usually about 2 weeks of peak bloom for this captivating flowers that have such personality. Endless fields make for great backdrops or closeups, and this uniqueness is as much from the flowers as the photographers. Most of these are once again from Broom’s Bloom Dairy just east of Bel Air, MD. I also want to confirm that the sunflowers in Hess, MD were NOT planted this year. They roared corn instead, so that location will not look like last September. If you know of another large field in or near peak, please let us know and keep sharing your best pics.
