After this nearly perfect weather weekend, we have a little bump in the road before a long string of great weather days this upcoming week. Monday will be a little more sticky with an increase in humidity and temps getting to around 90F. But as a cold front approaches, it will trigger a line of rain and storms. This is not going to be a gut buster, and we have had plenty of them this spring and summer. But just planning for the timing might help you out with kids sports practice and back to school shipping lists. Here is the latest simulated radar starting at 4 PM in the mountains. I tried to highlight the areas when they would most likely be impacted. It looks like a classic evening event for metro Baltimore, and later at night east of I-95, southern Maryland, and the Eastern Shore.

I will have more more complete forecast along with an updated radar simulation in the morning to see if there are any changes.
