Now that we have the record for the wettest June in Baltimore, the rest is just bonus territory. Or it will just hurt.  Most of the day will be rainy. there may be an hour or two break in your location, but it appears the rain will arrive before sunrise and last through midnight.  Here is a look at two simulated radars covering the morning and the afternoon. the Flash Flood Watch could be upgraded to a warning at any time individual cells or bands ignite. While this shows a general idea of the rainfall and enhanced evening development from the south, it is not perfect. Later in the evening is more likely to be different than what is seen below. That is what I will focus on in the morning as that will be the heaviest of the rain. Yes, the Orioles game does not look likely to be played. Outside concerts may be in jeopardy as well.
